Saša Fajmut has 13 years of experience in HR, working for multinational as well as domestic companies. During this time, she developed from HR Generalist to Head of Training Centre and Head of HR with responsibility for people development across Adriatic region. She gained experience in pharmaceutical, automotive, banking and engineering industry.
Saša took over General Manager position at FranklinCovey Adria in September, 2019. At the same time, she works in Amrop as Director Leadership Services Adriatic where she is responsible for leadership assessments and development.
Her last assignment prior to joining Amrop was Head of HR in a private-owned company where she was responsible for establishment of all strategic and operational HR processes. She also worked several years for the largest banking group in Adriatic region where she was responsible for leadership assessment and talent development. In addition to this role, Saša managed internal Training centre with responsibility for 10 Learning & Development Specialists.
In all her HR roles, Saša‘s biggest focus was building a high performance culture and developing people as well as organisation capabilities. She also led audit process for Top Employer certificate which proves employer’s excellency in HR practices and employee conditions.
Besides Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology, she also finished Executive MBA programme in Zagreb.
She is proficient in English, Croatian and Serbian language and passive in French and Latin.
Saša is Vice-President of Slovenian HR Association, speaker, moderator, coach and author of columns on leadership in The Slovenia Times.
